Allow me to introduce…

…the "Hungry Diet", it works very well.  I don't eat unless I'm hungry.  Before you all SHOUT I do get enough to keep Body and Soul together and healthy, it just means I eat less and never miss it.
I have, however, been metericated.
Alice's scales went on strike. I happened to have a spare CR2032 handy, changed it = not much better, maybe not battery, remembered switch on back, investigated said switch.  It cycles kg - lb - St&lb. It works in metric, so I'll have to both learn it AND convert in the interim.

73.5kg = 162.04lb = 11st-6lb-0.64oz
WHAT kind of a Wazzack weighs themselves in lb when st are available?
Methinks it worketh?
