Abstract

A lovely sunny,windy day.

This morning I spoke to my friend, caught up on the news then went into Southend to meet a friend I've known for a long while, we worked together in out 20's!  Lovely catch up and lunch, walked back to the car which I'd parked quite a way from town so that I had a good walk.  Went to supermarket and home.  K. popped in for a cup of tea and cake on his way home from a 20 mile walk!  I felt tired just listening to him! 
A. rang this evening, another catch up and I've been trying to back blip, justs one left to do.  Sorry still not had time to look through photos
