Who gives a phoque?
I do. My one big fear is that one day I will land on top of a big bull seal while diving in the harbour. They're usually rather peaceful creature and I don't mind the cheeky young ones coming for a closer look when I swim at the 40 Foot.
But the bite of a big male surprised by 95 kg of overenthusiastic franco-irish bloke landing on top of him out of nowhere is definitely not something I fancy.
So long my nosey, whiskery, blubbery aquatic friend. I am glad you turned up after I was done. Let's synchronise our watches for tomorrow.
The harbour is mine from 4.45pm until 5.00pm. And it's your for the other 23.75 hours.
