Posh brunch

Celebrating a chum’s birthday in the West End, preceded by a ramble around Kelvingrove and the Botanics. Best coffee and croissant I’ve had in a long while at Sips and Bakers.
Walked home via Pollokshields to collect my new rucksack which arrived very promptly from Addnature based  Germany, their website has a UK domain which I feel is a tad duplicitous.  I cannot fault their price and service, and the reviews which described long delays did not apply. Hoping it will be big enough without being bulky for several overnights as well as long day walks. 
Completed my PreDeparture form for Jersey and got my QR code, which entitles me to a free PCR test on arrival, within seconds of submitting.
So all good, and just under 10 miles on a day when I really hadn’t planned to walk anywhere.
