Still smiling at 75k

Mr Rat ran an ultra race today (and part of tomorrow) from Holy Island to Rothbury.
I left him in Rothbury at 6am to get on a bus to the start and picked him up at about 1am next day. In between I went to Warkworth (he's just coming in at about 6pm and the camera wasn't on the right setting) and Felton to meet him with supplies and tea if needed.
While he was doing this I ran 8 miles trying to follow a walk leaflet but got mislaid a few times making it a bit longer than anticiptated.
There was also a fair amount of driving around and nipping back to the cabin to eat.
