Floating above the clouds

After nearly three years I finally got my hot air balloon ride and it was well worth the wait!
What an incredible experience. I can’t say I was overly excited about it and had expected it to be cancelled again but it was an experience I’ll never forget. I didn’t realise how high they go and was thrilled as we floated up through the clouds, leaving a chilly, misty morning behind and silently bobbing along in the sunshine. It was warm, calm and a completely surreal trip. A bit of a bumpy landing but I loved every minute!
