Three weeks ago I noted 38 different flowers on a walk through the Aberlady Reserve. It was not easy now to see more than 25 on the same walk and I saw only one autumn gentian (felwort) instead of the previous dozens wtth most of the flowers looking in poor condition.
Clockwise these are: Ragged robin, Meadowsweet, Sea spurrey, Sea rocket, Rosa rogusa, Autumn gentian, Sheep’s bit, Sea aster
