Another horrible job

Twenty years ago when I put in the cold water tank, i was very keen on keeping space and so it was a tight squeeze in the top of our bathroom. Today I regetted it as I tried to replace the ballcock. 
In the end I had to saw through a couple of supports and even then there was a lot of swearing involved in getting the tank out.
Ballcock replaced, I am hoping not to have to go through the process again for another twenty years at least.
