Saturday

This morning Ann and I went for our Flu jabs at the surgery.  It was a very slick operation with minimum waiting, unlike the queues outside petrol stations!  Actually there was no queue at Morrisons, nor the station up near where we live, as both had run out of fuel and were closed.  I'm pleased we chose a hybrid as our car, it means we can eke out what little petrol we have left with the help of the battery power.

After our jabs we walked into town for a coffee at Box Brownie.  It's nice to see that use is being made of Debenham's windows courtesy of Escape Arts.  Better than just being boarded up like other empty stores.

I spotted these heads in a shop in Henley Street, see extras.  A suitable candidate for Silly Saturday I think, especially as someone has taken an axe to one of the heads.....memo to self, stop watching so much Scandi Noir.
