Caution

Parkrun?  In my case a park walk but at least it gave me a chance to improve my step count for the day which tends to slide downhill at the weekends.  There were a lot more runners today but the main chaos seems to be provided by the dogs accompanying some of the participants, they just get so excited by everything, but once the running starts they seem to calm down.
