Not where I expected to be

Having sat in Exeter airport for 6 hours we were told that all flights to the Scillies were cancelled because of weather. So I’m in a holiday Inn in Exeter (£170 - unbelievable!!!) and I caught a bus into the centre to have a little look around and buy the strongest seasickness tablets I could find. And a little look at the Cathedral. So starting at 5am I have 4 hours on a bus, then 3 hours on an awful ferry which always makes me sick. Which is why I had splashed out on flying.
I’m not complaining - just describing. I know I’m very lucky to have a holiday in such a lovely place
