A visit to Allen Banks

This morning I ploughed on with the project for Monday. The printer occasionally sends a sheet of paper through without printing, which is a nuisance. I have made nearly all the images now so just mounting to do on Monday.

I went to Allen Banks mid afternoon. It was rather dark but the temperature was 20 degrees. Very odd. I walked along the west side of the river. There is very little water in there at the moment. 

I liked the patterns in the ferns I have blipped as my main image. Then I saw the entrance to a funnel spider's web. Beautifully constructed. I wonder how successful he/she is.
