Poor Pigeon Pair

When Ollie dog and I went for our afternoon walk two fledgling wood pigeons were cowering by the garden gate. They were fluttering but I don't think they could fly. I didn't know what to do about them so decided to continue on our walk and have a think. 

I had thoughts of catching them, putting them in an old guinea pig hutch and feeding them. When we returned from our walk they had disappeared. Two fully grown pigeons were looking down on the garden from the ridge of one of the greenhouses. I hope the youngsters survive but the world is a dangerous place for young birds which haven't yet learnt to fly.
