Monmouth

Slept OK under the circumstances - made a start about 10.15 am after a fantastic breakfast and lovely chit chat 

Cycled into monmouth to find floraine a cycle helmet due to it being forgotten took ages to work out how exactly to get on the peregrine path but we made it in the end. Lovely cycling down along the river wye even with it being a bit bumpy. Stopped in symonds yat and then cycled onto Goodrich for food at a lovely location. Given it was now 3 pm decided to retrace our steps back home finishing with the big hill climb home - biggest I've ever done 

Bike helmet got returned to Dan at the old nags head and waitrose take out purchased- very tired now
