The OK Diner

We called in here, at Cromwell on the A1, on our way home from Norfolk. It’s a place we always like. We had intended to go to Cromer, but this morning all the petrol stations we tried had no fuel, so we decided to come straight home. When we arrived, the warning light was showing. Droog was worried about how he would get to work on Monday - he has a 17-mile journey each way - but our wonderful hairdresser, Helen,
texted me to say that the BP garage in Otley had fuel, and he was able to fill up just before it ran out. We owe her!
