This was the view back up my street after taking an early morning dip in the Forth. It’s particularly refreshing at this time of year when it’s not so cold...

We had another delicious breakfast on the prom. I then had a good catch up with a neighbour, learning all the goings on while I’ve been away. Later on I had lunch out with my old pal and then met my hairdresser to amend my poor attempts at keeping my hair in some sort of order. 

All in all a wonderful last full day in Edinburgh.
