Different Brown Bread Recipe...!!!

And I think they turned out very like the picture in the cook book:)))
It’s a Neven Maguire recipe from his Restaurant Cook Book and this is the bread served for breakfast if you stay over at McNean House..!! I’m eating one and the other is going in the freezer..!!
Neven is one of our ‘national treasures’ and I’ve been fortunate enough to meet him on several occasions. He is a true gentleman and always interested to chat....!
Also my friend and I have been lucky enough to enjoy his Tasting Menu Dinner at his restaurant in Blacklion in Co. Cavan.....quite the experience..!
He doesn’t look for Michelin Stars but he’s right up there with any top chef in the business...
