Backblip

We had our first Coffee Morning back in the church hall today. There were a reasonable number of people there without it being too crowded. One more step to normality. For some, it was the first time they had met with other people and many said how much they had been looking forward to it and had enjoyed it. 

I went and collected my bike after its repair and service. I brought it home on the car which meant I had to take the front wheel off. When I put it back on the brakes jammed and I couldn't move them. I took it straight back to the shop and he sorted it. Glad I did it then and not when trying to go on a ride. I then took the one I had borrowed back to its owner. 

After a couple of long conversations I finally managed to get to the pool again and this time did one mile. I'm getting behind track and need to get motivated to go more often.
