SEEDS, SNAILS AND SPIDERWEBS

Back to my favourite stamping ground for an hour this afternoon, and lots of early autumnal signs. The pretty little banded snails seem to love these seed heads - there are four in this photo. Extra is a Black-tailed Godwit. There were plenty of dragonflies still about too.
