Back blip

My days tend to be pretty much the same these days, but I am getting through stuff and today I spent too long looking at numbers and bank accounts and trying to work out bank charges and check that a missing payment we're having to pay is actually missing.  Strangely satisfying in a way - trying to work things out and see if we have to pay an extra amount to the tax office.  That may well be the case, but the 'fine' we've been landed with is questionable as we've always had money in our accounts to cover these payments.  The bank may well be at fault, but will they pay the fine?  I doubt it somehow.
