Henry Moore Foundation.

Today we revisited the Henry Moore Foundation in Perry Green. We were last here about twenty five years ago when we lived in the area.

It’s such a special place to go- lots of really big sculptures in the grounds, but my favourites are the little maquettes ( small initial sculptures). These are the ones that he has actually worked on, in his little studio.

I also absolutely love the “tools of the trade”, seen in the main picture but also in the extras. He bought his cheese graters in the ironmonger’s in Bishops Stortford.
