In and out

Flu jab done, in just a couple of minutes, so we’ll organised!

In the front of the house we had two 3ft planters which have been there since the house was built in the late 60s. When planted up properly in the spring and summer they look lovely, but are very labour intensive, especially now that a fox has decided to dig one up every evening! I decided they should go, so they were emptied of the few remaining plants and a friend said she’d bring a sledgehammer round to break them up. Then she suggested putting them up for sale on Facebook marketplace declaring ‘there’s always someone who wants your rubbish’. And so there was! Two hefty men came and collected them this morning, and I wish I’d done it sooner! The house looks much better without them.
