CG smashed his Taikwondo grading today - super proud of him.

Exciting outing in Sochi, afternoon run, some prep for something, supper and then ironing whilst watching the most awful, cringeworthy and unrealistic drama ever made on BBC 1 - HMS Vigil - absolute garbage and not even worthy of one star on any rating scale! Should have stuck with Utrhed for the evening!!
