Wellington Arch and the Quadriga

This is the Angel of Peace descending on the Chariot of War, it is the statue on top of the Wellington Arch at Hyde Park corner see more here.

I was in Belgrave Square for a meeting this morning, we were early so had a coffee and tried to get a few pictures of the arch. Traffic and lots of other things got in the way though so I've had to crop this and remove a lot of trees!

The meeting was very good, great project promoting many of the great things about Britain, I can't wait to shout about it.
