Freshly Baked Bread

I decided to bake some fresh bread to have with some olive oils, balsamic vinegar and some strong cheddar for tonight's tea.

I have this week off work so doing some updates to my website and some other stuff I don't want to write about but it's all good.

Weather is poor but it has been since before the weekend and its like this all week. I guess all we can say is once this crappy cold snap is over, it should be spring and we should notice the difference easily.
