... when the day is cold and wet?

You give them a big box of beads and some blingy bits.  Kept them quiet for ages.

The girls wanted to go to the Botanical Gardens again, but the weather was just too unpredictable.

In the end it didn't rain, so we went out for a walk.

The rest of the day has been spent inside, apart from about half an hour in the garden.
