Quiche

I mentioned before that the local baker/cafe has just reopened after basement flooding a while back. I went to see how they are doing and had a Salmon and Spinach Quiche and a cup of tea for a late lunch. They are short staffed so although they open at 7.30am they are having to close at 2pm on weekdays. Hopefully they will manage ok
Still a nice day. A bit cloudy and didn’t warm up until after 4pm when I was already back home.
