Stormy.

Too wild for a swim this morning so I stuck to a recovery spin mainly in the dry but sometimes as wet as beneath the waves. A hint of north in the wind prevented my little legs working efficiently. A squall and accompanying rainbows made for some spectacular shades and colours with the low rising sun and wild choppy sea.
