Into the wide blue yonder

This week sees the last of the Course weeks at the Gliding Club for this year and the morning looked promising after what seemed like a whole night of high winds and buckets of rain.  As I was packing up 'Matilda' I saw a few of the gliders (one in extra) getting airborne between the showers. 

We bade our farewells to the gliding club by midday after which the day picked up so I hope everyone has had a good day - up into the wide blue yonder. 

Meanwhile, I am recovering from a party weekend!
