BTCC Day 3 - Junior

Sunday and the main race day - great to see a good sized crowd with plenty of enthusiastic cheering every time a driver got it wrong and ended up in the gravel! Long before the drivers are out of bed the teams are preparing the cars which includes checking they are compliant with the technical regulations. This includes pushing the cars up the pit lane to the official "flat spot" to check ground clearance and weigh the car to make sure corner weights are correct.

All in all a good day of flagging with a great team and plenty of banter. No shortage of drivers creating yellow flags and safety cars but everyone got home in one piece.
