Double

Well, last night's palpitations went on until about 02:30 this morning. I was just getting to the point of wondering whether it was time to go to the hospital when my heart rate went back to normal. Of course, by that point I was wide awake, so it took a while for me to actually get some sleep. I had intended to have a fairly big lie-in and start work late, but I was rather rudely awakened by the bin collection at 08:15, so I guess I at least don't have too much time to make up at work. Suffice to say I've been quite the zombie today though. Fingers crossed I actually sleep tonight!
