Pasta

Penne with jarred marinara sauce (Rao's) doctored up with Italian sausage, pepper flakes, and oregano. Wine: Tenuta La Sabbiosa Carignano del Sulcis Il Doc 2017.

My semester started today (I'm teaching a late start course this semester), and it has been my least hectic start since I was thrown into online teaching last year. It was positively relaxed. I had the forethought to plan a very simple dinner just in case.
