New cookbook...

I had a privilege of editing this book for my good friend and she gifted me this copy!  Its a beautiful cookbook with a full colour photo for every recipe - all vegetarian and all using local Zambia ingredients!!

So happy to have a printed copy!

I have just uploaded photos for the last 4 days - I have tried to upload them a couple of times but due to network challenges they would not upload.  Thankfully this morning the network was slow but it worked!  Hope you enjoy!
