Work

I seem to be doing more work at home than at work, I spent some time sending Emails Back and Forth and a number of calls to Australia talking to the supplier of a specialist Machine we have that had a fault. They wanted to send it back to Germany to the Manufacturer, they offered us a Hire one for $10,000.00 for 30 days or we could buy a new one for $45,000.00. This was quite a serious problem, finally today it was resolved as there is now an Agent in New Zealand, Danny has just come onboard recently and couldn't have been any sooner. He asked a number of questions and goes I think I know what it is, it appears that something must have been picked up as a fault and the machine went into a safety shut down. A quick adjustment on the menu of the touch screen and we were back in action. The good thing is now if something goes wrong it's a quick call and a 45min trip up the road.
