Baking fun

My favourite baking aroma comes from making a brioche. On a wet wet day in these crazy times, we need things to lift the spirit. 

I’m just about to put significant sections into the freezer.  I don’t have brilliant self control. But it’s fun to make……and delicious with strawberry jam.
