Berry profusion!

It was certainly looking very autumnal along the canal this afternoon. The trees are turning and the berries are very plentiful indeed. My late mother in law would have said this indicated a bitter winter ahead but I suspect it just indicates a good summer season. 
A mixed day on the weather front. While a good deal cooler, we “enjoyed” some heavy showers between the dry spells. Don’t suppose we can expect too much at the end of September.
