The swan fleet

A great morning for a walk again. Left the house without the camera, but soon returned to get it just like yesterday, when I saw two roe deer on a field a few hundred metres away. Managed to get to about 150 metres from them at best (extra #2) and when they disappeared into the woods, I headed to the pond to see the swan family. A relatively monochromatic colour image in the main blip and a more colourful view in the extra #1.

I'm almost sure that the swan that died on Saturday was one of the cygnets, but I haven't seen the non-flying parent either since. A neighbour claimed that he saw both adults this morning though, so there's hope it's still there, though perhaps not quite alright.
