Cold and wet day

Miserable weather and we have the central heating on this evening - first time in months.
Have a geocaching day planned tomorrow so hope the weather will be a bit kinder.
Not done much today as still feeling peaky and had to wait in for boiler benchmarking man to come.
Gutted to discover my GP has left. I had a wonderful lady GP for many years but she retired in 2019 which was great for her but sad for me! I was nervous about a new GP after having so much confidence in the lady but the new chap was really good. However, I found out last evening  that at the start of this month he resigned and gave up his partnership. Perhaps it's me but I feel vulnerable without my trusted GP.  A replacement GP is due to start in December!
