Another Sea Walls mural, this one by eye popping Santa Cruz graphic artist Jimbo Phillips. If this artwork looks a tad familiar it may be because Jimbo’s dad is Jim Phillips, the creator of the iconic Screaming Hand skateboard logo that has been around for decades.
