Taking it seriously

Abe was taking my new camera trialling very seriously as he posed in the rain for me this afternoon. 

I dropped in on muminlaw to take her the medication I picked up for her from the pharmacy and did a yoga session and a workout. I finally feel as if I'm starting to get my body working. Of course, I'm very achy after my run yesterday, but it feels good not to just walk everywhere. Hopefully I'll begin to feel the difference.

Not much else to report today, apart from a walk at the Wetlands where Abraham was a total angel. 

Pumpkin and spinach risotto is on tonight's menu.
