Interactive Origami

Day 1: Bus to Kumamoto, quick change and a bus to Aso, the largest crater on earth (about 30km in diameter), formed by a collapsing volcano. We stayed in a lovely guest house with all the Japanese trimmings (sliding doors, kotatsu, and tatami mats) and met the other guys working/staying there. One guy working for the hostel was good at origami, and taught us how to make a cube from 12 simple pieces, which you could then hit to produce an explosion of gently falling paper. It was a lot of fun and good to speak some more Japanese than at work!
