getting ready for street side dining

In our neighborhood we have a lot of really great restaurants within walking distance of our condo. The weather has been really crummy for Florida - cold and overcast, so outside dining, which is very popular, is pretty much out of the question for the locals. For the tourists the 50 degree weather with 20 mile an hour winds is a heat wave, and they will probably brave the elements. However, this cart shows the resturant wasn't expecting much business today.
