Neptune’s Grotto

What a treat of a day. Firstly, it’s sunny after yesterday’s deluge. Secondly, Stourhead. What a glorious green space it is. Down in the depths by the lake is this magical rocky cavern where Neptune sits, looking a little abandoned in the corner. The light coming in from the water and surrounding greenery made for a very atmospheric scene as people took turns to look out onto the lake.
