A single rose

...out of a gorgeous bunch of flowers I received from my friend Sally, to thank me for yesterday's dinner. I then sent her a message to say thank you for the gorgeous flowers!!!
Had a fairly full on, busy day. Took em to chiro and got my first lesson in chiropractic treatment...pam had me learning to look for alignment and feeling the joints and heads of certain bones!!! All very interesting...though em says I need to work on having warm hands!!!!!
