 Imagine having a three course Michelin star meal for £12.
Impossible? Not at all. 
 
We had one today in Stirling for M’s birthday. It’s the Gallery restaurant in Forth Valley College run by students in the catering department.
 
You need to book though because it’s very popular especially as we emerge from the pandemic and discover again this hidden culinary gem.
