Barbie's Birthday?

I sent these Barbie items off to my granddaughter this morning and put a small card in the parcel, wishing Barbie a Happy Birthday. 

I wonder how F will react? Perhaps Barbie has already had a birthday this year? Perhaps in her very practical way F will tell me - 'Nana, dolls don't have birthdays'? 

Spent a lovely evening doing some Christmas sewing at the Patchwork Group. 
Topsyturvy, a patient and very conscientious teacher, had prepared instruction sheets and pre-cut templates and there was a selection of gorgeous Christmas fabrics for us to choose from. It really was fun.

These days you can find a You tube video to show you how to do almost anything, but nothing beats having someone sitting at the same table giving step by step hints and help. Thanks TT.
