Cyclamen Star.

I'm not sure that this is a completely healthy flower but the shape is superb.

This is the first time this autumn that I've worn a sweatshirt but I was pleased I did and it stayed on all day.

There are still some swallows flying about, I saw a group of around 15 at the end of the day.

During yoga this evening I was able to use my new (very early Christmas present) yoga blocks and they worked perfectly, thank you lovely lady!
