Abstract Thursday: Simplicity

I messed around for far too long with this blip, but enjoyed doing so. It started off as a photo of the pattern on some wallpaper, with a multi-exposure technique while gently moving the camera (for Olympus users: it was with the Live Composite setting). That gave a gentle wavy pattern but the colours needed tweaking to get an effect I liked. To me it now looks like a seaside scene, with some sun still shining on the sand in the foreground but storm clouds brewing above. (I think maybe I should get out more...!).
