Decline

This route into St Helens gave up the retail fight many years ago. What staggers me is that obviously someone owns them, but just let’s them decline further each year.
It’s not even as if it would be a prime development site if they let them fall down. Surely it would have been better to convert them to cheap rental flats before they got beyond the point of no return.
