Yes, it’s only a cup of tea but it’s probably the biggest cup I’ve had in a very long time. It followed on from 12 x 25m swims - the first swimming I’ve done in three years. The leg held up, the mental health was vastly improved and my son buying me a cup of tea, and spending time with him was something you can’t beat - love him to bits
